If VPN stops accidentally, show a notification 5 minutes later. It will remind you to re-enable the VPN after system reboot. If Notification is enabled, show a notification banner once, stating the VPN has stopped. If App Badge is enabled, display the letter "1" on the homescreen app icon, as long as the VPN is not running.
